Crazy, Profane, and Always Entertaining - George Carlin Dies at 71

The first guest host of the now iconic 'Saturday Night Live', George Carlin died yesterday at the age of 71. The contemporary of Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor acquainted us with the "seven words you can never say on television."

Carlin was slated to receive the 2008 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor November 10th from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
